Non Disclosure Client Agreement

7-ACCEPTANCE OF FULL AGREEMENT:

This agreement, plus attachments, constitutes the full agreement. Any changes to this agreement must be communicated via Email or in writing by both PMEP & CLIENT. Those parties affixing signatures below agree to accept the terms and conditions of this agreement.
1-PERFECT MOMENTS EVENT PLANNING LLC. (hereafter PMEP) AGREES TO:

Providing clients with options to choose a vendor they would like to contract according to PMEP vendor list. Each client would be responsible to pay a consultation fee for each vendor of $25. This does not apply to final contract agreement if client chooses to contract Vendor. Client must agree to vendor NDA to book chosen vendor. Along with PMEP NDA.
2-CLIENT AGREES TO:

Provide an accurate date for a client/vendor consultation appointment. Contact vendors through PMEP only. Client can book several appointments at once, if the client misses schedule apt, the client can only reschedule once at no charge. If the client misses and or reschedules a second time. The client will be subject to a fee of $25. Contact PMEP if there is an issue from the client and vendor during any consultation. Once the client hires vendor, the vendor becomes the clients main contact and PMEP will be secondary contact. Client can contact PMEP with any concerns or questions after vendors consultation.
4-TERMS & CANCELATION:

The client agrees to provide payment for the services described above. This payment is non refoundable, and non transferable. If the client misses schedule apt, the client can only reschedule once at no charge. If the client misses and or reschedules a second time. The client will be subject to a fee of $25.
6-HOLD HARMLESS & INDEMNIFICATION:

Perfect Moments Event Planning LLC. and the Client agree to hold one another harmless for negligence and to mutually indemnify.
5-FORCE MAJEURE:

This agreement is automatically canceled if the event is interrupted by an act of God, by war, or by strikes.
3-FEES FOR PMEP SERVICE:

Perfect Moments Event Planning LLC. is created to help clients find vendors near and far for all event services. www.perfectmoments.events is a free website for all clients looking for services. Clients are responsible to only pay $25 for booking and scheduling a vendor consultation after seeing and reading PMEP prefered vendors.
